Regina Lewis is VP of Global Insights for the InterContinental Hotels Group. In this role, she oversees all market research, competitive intelligence, and more for each of IHG’s seven brands, which include InterContinental, Crowne Plaze, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Hotel Indigo, among others. Prior to joining IHG, Regina was VP of Strategic Insights for Dunkin’ Brands, where she oversaw insights work to drive strategy and planning for Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Prior to working for Dunkin’, she was a partner in Lewis/Mobilio Research, working with major clients such as Amazon.com and GlaxoSmithKline. Regina also ran a research program for Women.com Network that helped clients use and learn from the organization’s multimillion member base. An academic at heart, Regina started her research career as an assistant professor in the College of Communication at the University of Alabama.
